Faculty will report final grades to the Registrar’s office by the grade submission 截止日期为每学期末. 年级 information including a student’s academic standing 是 不 posted to students’ academic records until the end of the 学期 and 是 不 considered official until all end of term processing has been completed, this usually occurs within three business days after the last day of final exams. 成绩 for short-term classes may be viewable on students’ academic advising records if the grades have been entered by the instructor.
It is the student’s responsibility to actively monitor their banner web and check their final grades after each 学期 of enrollment. 新生和返校学生收到 login credentials to their Cat mail account at the start of their 学期.
A grade of Incomplete Indicates that 课程 numbered 1000 and above was completed satisfactory; but for non-academic reasons beyond the student’s control, the student was unable to meet the full requirements of the course. 这门课的讲师 may issue the student an Incomplete grade (‘I’) and the student must fulfill the remaining assignment by the end of the next 学期 of enrollment to remove the ‘I’. 没有 regard to enrollment, an ‘I’ must be removed within one calendar year. 如果教师 instructor has 不 submitted a 年级 Change Form for the course, the Records Office will replace the Incomplete 年级 with a 年级 of ‘F’ and recalculate the student’s 平均绩点. A course with an unresolved grade of Incomplete can不 be repeated.

传输平均绩点: Consist of 课程 that have transferred in from Prior colleges attended by a student.

摄政王平均绩点: The average of every grade received at 太阳城娱乐 including repeated 课程. This cumulative 平均绩点 is used in determining eligibility for scholarships.
计算平均绩点
The 年级 Point 平均 (平均绩点) is calculated by multiplying the credit hours for each degree level course by the grade points associated with the grade in a course (见下表). This will give you the quality points for the course. 质量点的总和 是 then divided by the total of credit hours to give you your grade point average.

The following grades have been approved for use by 太阳城娱乐 and 是 不 included in the determination of the grade-point average:
